parseHeaderDate

                            throws java.text.ParseException

Parses a formated date and time string in HTTP-Header date format and returns the time value.

Parameters:

timestamp - the timestamp in HTTP-Header date format

Returns:

time value as long

Throws:

java.text.ParseException - if parsing fails
